I built my practice in Kentucky as a trusted advocate for families across the Commonwealth. I started this firm with the goal of combining strategic legal expertise with compassionate client service in family law’s most sensitive matters.
My practice encompasses the full spectrum of family law — from complex asset division and extensive marital estates to high-conflict custody disputes. I approach every case with skilled negotiation and decisive litigation when necessary. I have particular expertise in sophisticated financial matters, including business valuations, retirement divisions, and property settlements unique to Kentucky law.
I have successfully represented clients throughout Kentucky in complex divorce proceedings, custody, child support, domestic violence cases, and appeals. My commitment to thorough case preparation and attention to detail has resulted in favorable outcomes for countless Kentucky families.
Professional Involvement
I’m actively involved in the Kentucky Bar Association’s Family Law Section and participate regularly in continuing legal education to stay current with evolving family law trends. I frequently share what I’ve learned through CLE programs, helping other attorneys and clients better understand Kentucky family law.
Pawsgraf v. Bowman
Our beloved golden retriever and unofficial stress-relief expert. Named playfully after the famous Palsgraf v. Long Island Railroad case, Pawsgraf has a special gift for helping clients feel at ease during difficult legal proceedings.
He provides gentle companionship during consultations and meetings when clients welcome his presence. Scientific research shows that interacting with therapy dogs can reduce stress and anxiety — something particularly valuable during challenging family law matters.
